Acceptance of Terms of Service

Welcome to Outerwoven! By using Outerwoven’s website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). We may update the Terms of Service in the future, and you will be able to find the most current version of this agreement on our website.

Description of Service

Outerwoven is a website that allows restaurants, cafes, and bars (“restaurants”) to create and maintain their own mobile website.

To create a mobile website with Outerwoven, you logon to www.Outerwoven.info and create an account and select a pricing plan. Once an account is created, you enter information about your restaurant such as name, logo, location(s), phone number(s), business bio, menu, calendar, bios, reviews, and photos. Outerwoven also offers additional services such as the ability to display coupons or links to make reservations.

Once you input the appropriate information, Outerwoven generates a mobile website for you that displays cleanly and professionally on mobile devices such as the iPhone, Blackberry, Palm, Android, and others. The web address for your mobile website will be your current web address preceeded by “m.” (ex: www.m.Outerwoven.info). Information on your mobile website will be organized in tabs that can be selected to display content. Outerwoven also generates other features such as a map and one-touch dialing for your restaurant.

Once you have created your site, Outerwoven gives you a short piece of code that you must insert into the code for your restaurant’s “normal” website. This integrates the two sites (mobile and normal), so that a user who accesses your normal website from a mobile device is automatically directed to your mobile site.

At any time, you can login to your account to make changes to your mobile website which will be displayed immediately. You can also add locations or change your pricing plan at any time.

Use of Services

Outerwoven offers Outerwoven to you provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. In order to access Outerwoven’s, you will be required to provide current, accurate identification, contact, payment, and other information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Outerwoven of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Outerwoven will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your password secure.


Outerwoven will charge you a monthly fee to host your mobile website which will vary with the number of restaurant locations that enter into Outerwoven. Outerwoven will also charge additional fees for additional services such as custom sites, data entry, and coupon display. All fees for Outerwoven’s services can be found in the Pricing Plan. All fees are subject to change at any time. We will notify you in advance of any fee changes.

Membership and Billing


Upon registering for Outerwoven, you will be asked to provide payment information so that we may bill you for your Outerwoven membership and services as per Outerwoven’s Pricing Plan. As used in the Terms of Service, “billing” shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, by the payment method that you choose. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or from a bank account. Using the payment information that you provide, Outerwoven will bill you each month that you are registered for its services in an amount equal to the pricing option that you have selected. Billing will occur each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of service. For example, if you began your service on July 6th, your next billing date will be August 6th. All fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Ongoing Membership

Your Outerwoven membership will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing for the next month’s fees.


You may cancel your membership to Outerwoven at any time and cancellation will be effective immediately. No refunds will be provided for partial months of membership.
